Okolnosti na bini i iza nje dijametralno su suprotne, kao dan i no\u0107.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pored uloga koje igraju u predstavi, glumci_ice u kosovskim pozori\u0161tima moraju utjeloviti jo\u0161 jednu ulogu \u2014 ulogu skrivanja onoga \u0161to se doga\u0111a iza kulisa. Pljesak nije dovoljan niti je dovoljna navala hvalopsjeva uspjesima pozori\u0161ta na dru\u0161tvenim medijima, kao \u0161to nisu dovoljna ni obe\u0107anja institucija koja rijetko budu ispunjena. Smrzavali smo se\u201d, rekla je glumica Hajat To\u00e7illa, \u010dlanica ansambla Prizrenskog pozori\u0161ta. To\u00e7illa je rekla da ima fotografije koje dokazuju da su uslovi na njenom radnom mjestu takvi da se mo\u017eete zalediti.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Od pozori\u0161nih radnika_ca se o\u010dekuje gotovo nehumana \u017ertva. Vo\u0111eni ljubavlju prema vlastitoj profesiji, bore se svim raspolo\u017eivim sredstvima, ali i ta borbenost ima svoje granice kad se tijelo ko\u010di od hladno\u0107e i odbija da se pomjera. \u201cIma li ikakvog smisla da je u dvorani -20\u00b0C, a morate glumiti u sceni u kojoj se perete vodom?\u201d, zapitao se Adrian Morina, \u010dlan ansambla Narodnog pozori\u0161ta i glumac sa 22 godine radnog sta\u017ea.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Takve okolnosti mo\u017eda nemaju smisla, ali obja\u0161njenje za njih ipak postoji \u2014 nadle\u017ene institucije zanemaruju teatar, i to ne samo kao zgradu, ve\u0107 prije svega kao ustanovu, kao stvarala\u0161tvo, kao pojam.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSestra me je jednom nazvala i pitala: \u2018Gdje si?\u2019 Rekla sam joj da sam na poslu. \u2018Na kakvom poslu?\u201d, pitala me je, a ja sam odgovorila: \u2018Ja sam umjetnica. Radim u pozori\u0161tu\u2019\u201d, rekla je To\u00e7illa, prepri\u010davaju\u0107i desetine pri\u010da o tome kako joj ljudi svaki put kada im ka\u017ee da je umjetnica odvrate: \u201cMa daj, nemoj me nasmijavati.\u201d Njoj, pak, ni\u0161ta nije smije\u0161no kada je rije\u010d o njenom radnom mjestu.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cPozori\u0161te je ogledalo svih style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Narodno pozori\u0161te Kosova (TKK) radno je mjesto za 70-ak osoba te je jedan od najva\u017enijih domova kulture u zemlji. Zgrada TKK je smje\u0161tena u centru Pri\u0161tine, prekoputa Vlade, toliko blizu da dr\u017eavni slu\u017ebenici_e moraju pro\u0107i kraj TKK kada idu na posao.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pozori\u0161te i Vlada su ustanove okrenute u suprotnim smjerovima \u2014 prvonavedena uvijek nastoji da kritikuje drugonavedenu. Nadalje, izgleda da se Pozori\u0161te i Vlada ne sla\u017eu \u010dak ni oko toga da li bi teatri trebalo da u\u017eivaju podr\u0161ku.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iz Ministarstva kulture, mladih i sporta u junu ove godine su <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/MKRS.MKOS.MCYS\/posts\/pfbid02hd5FUMonKnbVQopbmaQ19X3PccfuPFRShw7ZQovz5vY2JhMbaYGS3ZHhB54HpALul\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u style=\"color: white;\">najavili<\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> kompletnu obnovu TKK, a zbog toga \u0161to je do sada odr\u017eano previ\u0161e predstava koje prema objavama Ministarstva na dru\u0161tvenim medijima predstavljaju \u201cveliku opasnost za zaposlene\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zaposlenici_e TKK ve\u0107 du\u017ee vrijeme rade u opasnim uslovima, pri \u010demu sve funkcioni\u0161e kako treba na ve\u010der premijere, a tek rijetko na probama i u toku repriza. \u201c\u0160vrljamo po pra\u0161ini koja pozori\u0161tem kru\u017ei poput duha\u201d, rekla je glumica Verona Koxha, koja je aktivna na sceni TKK \u0161est godina unazad.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prije nego \u0161to je najavljeno renoviranje, Kushtrim Sheremeti \u2014 glumac koji od aprila ove godine ujedno obna\u0161a funkciju generalnog direktora TKK \u2014 naveo je da su infrastrukturni problemi u TKK duboko ukorijenjeni te da proistje\u010du iz dugogodi\u0161njeg manjka investicija.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zaka\u0161njela obnova koja je sada zagarantovana za sobom je povukla <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nacionale.com\/kultur%C3%AB\/Prishtina-do-te-mbese-edhe-pa-Teatrin-Kombetar-per-se-paku-dy-vite-8712\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u style=\"color: white;\">novo pitanje<\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a to je gdje \u0107e se Pozori\u0161te preseliti u toku radova. Usljed nedostatka obja\u0161njenja iz Ministarstva, pozori\u0161ni radnici_e se brinu \u0161ta \u0107e se desiti sa programom i zaposlenima u TKK za vrijeme renoviranja.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zabrinutost u vezi sa privremenim gubitkom Pozori\u0161ta svakako je razumljiva, a naro\u010dito s obzirom na te\u0161ke uslove u kojima se nalaze kosovski teatri. Mehmeti jedino samostalno \u2014 odn. jedino pozori\u0161te na Kosovu koje nije javno \u2014 zove Lokal 111 jer se, kako navodi, institucije prema Teatru Oda ne odnose kao prema pozori\u0161tu, ve\u0107 kao prema svakom drugom baru unutar Pala\u010de omladine.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U Lokalu 111 je o\u010duvan djeli\u0107 historije grada. Naime, u bekstejd\u017eu Teatra Oda, koji je nekad bio kuglana, jo\u0161 uvijek se mogu prona\u0107i ostaci staza za kuglanje, \u010dime je sa\u010duvana pro\u0161lost i Teatra i Pala\u010de omladine.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mehmeti ne mo\u017ee govoriti o Teatru Oda, a da se ne prisjeti 2003. Mehmeti i glumac Lirak \u00c7elaj su nekoliko godina poslije rata tra\u017eili prostor u kojem \u0107e izvesti \u201cVaginine monologe\u201d, scensko \u010ditanje usmjereno na pitanja \u017eenskog tijela, reproduktivna prava i seksualna iskustva. Nakon \u0161to su se prijatelji spontano sastali te zatim sa gazdom diska smje\u0161tenog u Lokalu 111 porazgovarali o svojim mukama, on ih je pitao: \u201c\u0160to ne do\u0111ete da vidite?\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I tako se Mehmeti kao 26-godi\u0161njak vratio u Lokal 111, gdje je kao dijete i\u0161ao na kuglanje.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bororamiz je u to vrijeme bio pod rukovodstvom Agencije za privatizaciju Kosova (AKP), pri \u010demu su izno\u0161ene primjedbe da je kompleks izgubio svoj prija\u0161nji identitet kao centar za sport, kulturu i umjetnost. Natrpan privatnim radnjama, Bororamiz vi\u0161e nije bio mjesto za koje su Mehmetijevi roditelji i brojni drugi gra\u0111ani_ke Pri\u0161tine nekad pla\u0107ali porez.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iako su na raspolaganju imali malu koli\u010dinu mogu\u0107nosti da ostvare snove, kojih je bilo mnogo, [Mehmeti i \u00c7elaj] su u martu 2003. godine uspjeli da odr\u017ee svoju prvu teatarsku premijeru, i to u disku \u2014 disko je radio petkom i subotom, dok je drugim danima slobodno mogao biti kori\u0161ten kao pozori\u0161te. Prema Mehmetijevim rije\u010dima, kako je disko u ljeto 2003. godine zatvoren, tako je prostor dobio priliku da o\u017eivi.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Imaju\u0107i u vidu pritisak nastao usljed kritika da Pala\u010da omladine vi\u0161e nije slu\u017eila mladima, stvaranje pozori\u0161ta je bilo idealno rje\u0161enje. AKP je Mehmetiju i <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c7elaju ponudio Lokal 111, dogovoriv\u0161i se s njima oko \u201cpovoljne najamnine\u201d. Me\u0111utim, prostor je bio velik za dvije mlade osobe koje su se \u2014 osim \u0161to su \u017eivjele u zemlji netom iza\u0161loj iz rata \u2014 suo\u010davale sa li\u010dnim finansijskim pote\u0161ko\u0107ama. Potonje je zna\u010dilo da je takav korak u najboljem slu\u010daju zastra\u0161uju\u0107i, a u najgorem jednostavno nemogu\u0107.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mada nisu imali poslovni plan te uprkos tome \u0161to su projekcije i kalkulacije predvi\u0111ale gubitke, Mehmeti i \u00c7elaj su odlu\u010dili da Lokal 111 pretvore u teatar. Upravo tim potezom su tako\u0111er poku\u0161ali da po\u0161alju poruku o va\u017enosti revitalizacije javnih prostora i stavljanja u upotrebu alternativnog kulturnog prostora u Pala\u010di omladine, koja je bila na ivici da izgubi svoj kulturno-umjetni\u010dki identitet.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNismo ni sanjali da \u0107emo voditi prostor \u2014 sve ovo su omogu\u0107ili na\u0161i prijatelji_ce\u201d, rekao je Mehmeti, osvrnuv\u0161i se na \u010dinjenicu da Teatar Oda radi ve\u0107 20 godina. Prisje\u0107a se vremena kada su se umjesto vrata koristile zavjese i kada se pribjegavalo sitnim infrastrukturnim improvizacijama. I po pet godina bi \u010dekali da putem ostvarenih prihoda Teatra nadoknade tro\u0161kove.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0160to se ti\u0107e pla\u0107anja, AKP za razliku od prijatelja_ica Teatra Oda i dobronamjernika_ca nije bio fleksibilan. \u201cZatvarali su Teatar desetine puta, nekad stavljaju\u0107i \u017eutu traku, a nekad katanac \u2014 zato \u0161to je uprava Pala\u010de bila nemilosrdna. Takva je bila situacija. Za razliku od obli\u017enjih pozori\u0161ta, ali sli\u010dno mnogim drugim teatarskim doga\u0111anjima, Oda je radila na sezonskoj bazi, stoga ionako ograni\u010dene prihode \u2014 koji su bili prilika da se pokrije iznos kirije \u2014 nije imala od juna do oktobra. Za Mehmetija je to \u010desto zna\u010dilo da \u201csat otkucava, a vrijeme za pla\u0107anje kirije istje\u010de\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S druge strane, pitanje vlasni\u0161tva nad Pala\u010dom omladine bilo je kamen spoticanja. Godinama se krivica za tro\u0161nost Pala\u010de prebacivala unutar trougla AKP \u2014 Vlada \u2014 Op\u0107ina, i to kao vru\u0107 krumpir. Napori koje je Op\u0107ina ulo\u017eila u ponovno stjecanje vlasni\u0161tva nad Pala\u010dom <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.koha.net\/metro\/116858\/pallati-i-rinise-zyrtarisht-nen-menaxhim-te-komunes-se-prishtines\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u style=\"color: white;\">urodili su plodom<\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tek u decembru 2017. godine. Op\u0107ina je sada nadle\u017ena za investiranje u objekt te u njegovo odr\u017eavanje.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Novonastalim okolnostima su okon\u010dane Mehmetijeve \u201cgrozne posjete AKP-u\u201d, ali ne i pote\u0161ko\u0107e s kojima se Teatar i dalje susretao. Tako je Mehmeti dobio novu destinaciju \u2014 Op\u0107inu, sa \u010dijim slu\u017ebenicima_ama se tri godine sastajao u nastojanju da izna\u0111e na\u010dine za saradnju.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pandemija je dodatno <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ymYRYwWe1f8\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u style=\"color: white;\">slomila duh<\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pozori\u0161ta i kulturne scene uop\u0107e. Scenski prostor u naselju Dardanija, Qendra Multimedia, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/qendra.org\/mbyllet-hapesira-performuese-e-qendres-multimedia-ne-prishtine\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u style=\"color: white;\">zatvoren<\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je uz vapaj za pomo\u0107 na koji nije bilo odgovora, \u0161to je demonistriralo nemar institucija. U srcu grada koji je poku\u0161avao da se navikne na pandemijsku zbilju, Teatar Oda je bio na izdisaju.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da bi podijelili nevolje, a prvenstveno sa ciljem da svoje aktivnosti odr\u017ee na \u017eivotu, Teatar Oda i Qendra Multimedia odlu\u010dili su da zajedno rukovode Lokalom 111. Nakon kontinuiranih poziva na osiguravanje podr\u0161ke kulturnim prostorima, Op\u0107ina Pri\u0161tina je u augustu 2021. godine donijela odluku o tome da \u0107e pokriti njihove najamnine.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U nemogu\u0107nosti da samostalno realizuje obnovu, Teatar Oda \u010deka da Op\u0107ina provede u djelo <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/komunaprishtine\/posts\/pfbid02bxTt6QvjaP6ogm9vwstGAb6b73XXXEeu4PpBGafWgidEu2jmEXoZywbAC1nSkCLEl\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u style=\"color: white;\">entuzijazam<\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> u vezi sa renoviranjem Pala\u010de, a koji je izrazio biv\u0161i na\u010delnik Shpend Ahmeti kada je objekt vra\u0107en u op\u0107insko vlasni\u0161tvo. \u010cekanje se nastavlja, a zaposlenici_e Teatra obavljaju svoj posao bez grijanja. \u201cRadimo u jaknama. Svi smo veoma revnosne osobe. Iako je \u2014 prema Mehmetijevim rije\u010dima \u2014 pobjedni\u010dki projekt odabran, tamne mrlje od vode koja curi niz zidove njegovog ureda svjedo\u010de o tome da do renovacija jo\u0161 uvijek nije do\u0161lo. Ovo odugovla\u010denje mo\u017ee se pripisati smjeni vlasti nakon lokalnih izbora odr\u017eanih u oktobru 2021. godine te <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/klankosova.tv\/kur-do-te-behet-emerimi-i-drejtorit-te-kultures-ne-komunen-e-prishtines\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u>sporom procesu<\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> imenovanja novog \u0161efa\/ice Uprave za kulturu.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projektni plan za Teatar slu\u017ei samo kao podsjetnik na to \u0161ta pozori\u0161te mo\u017ee biti. Budu\u0107i da je od raspisivanja konkursa pro\u0161lo godinu dana, zaposlenici_ce Teatra se nadaju da \u0107e ih Uprava za kulturu Op\u0107ine Pri\u0161tina izvu\u0107i iz blata. \u201cDa nema nade koja nas dr\u017ei, do sada bismo odustali\u201d, rekao je Mehmeti. \u201cPrije \u010dak pet do deset godina [obe\u0107ali su nam] da \u0107e sve ovo brzo popraviti. \u2018Ovo je prijelazna faza\u2019, rekli su nam. Direktor Teatra, producent i dramati\u010dar Visar Krusha pokazuje nam prostoriju gdje su jedna pored druge obje\u0161ene lutke, lutke koje su do sada obilje\u017eile mnoga djetinjstva, i u lijepim i u te\u0161kim vremenima.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ozna\u010dene naslovima predstava, lutke razli\u010ditih oblika i razli\u010ditih jarkih boja pri\u010daju pri\u010du o Teatru Dodona. One predstavljaju spomen na osobe koje su djeci godinama davale predivne uspomene.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ova prostorija prije svega ilustruje rad tehni\u010dkog osoblja Teatra Dodona, koje je \u2014 kao \u0161to nam pokazuje Krusha \u2014 kori\u0161tenim scenografskim materijalima bez dodatnog bud\u017eeta stvorilo fizi\u010dku arhivu, u okviru koje Pinocchio i Liza sada imaju dostojanstveno mjesto gdje \u0107e biti izlo\u017eeni i o\u010duvani.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arhiva koju su na\u010dinili radnici_e lutkarskog pozori\u0161ta Dodona sama po sebi je predstava. Krusha bi \u017eelio da je poka\u017ee novom na\u010delniku Op\u0107ine zbog toga \u0161to je, kako navodi, stara tradicija zanemarivanja Teatra jo\u0161 uvijek prisutna. \u201c\u0160to se ti\u010de Op\u0107ine, de\u0161ava se da nekome po\u0161aljete mejl i on\/a vam nikad ne odgovori\u201d, rekao je Krusha, obja\u0161njavaju\u0107i da mu je \u2014 pored \u010dinjenice da nikada nisu posjetili Teatar \u2014 te\u0161ko odr\u017eavati komunikaciju sa slu\u017ebenicima_ama Op\u0107ine, \u010diji odgovori su \u010desto presudni za svakodnevni rad Teatra.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za razliku od TKK i Teatra Oda, koji i dalje \u010dekaju na obnovu, Teatar Dodona \u2014 radno mjesto za 22 radnika_ce \u2014 renoviran je 2021. godine. Krusha se prisje\u0107a kako su mnogo puta upu\u0107ivani zahtjevi za renoviranje \u2014 koje je prekinuto \u2014 te da brojne potrebe koje su bile utvr\u0111ene \u2014\u00a0 uklju\u010duju\u0107i popravku ormara, tu\u0161eva, ogledala i stolica \u2014 na kraju nisu zadovoljene.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kako se nada Teatra Dodona u o\u010dekivanu obnovu gasila, tako su i zaposleni u njemu bivali sve manje uvjereni da \u0107e jednog dana uspjeti da funkcioni\u0161u kako treba. Krusha pored toga navodi da su suo\u010deni sa birokratijom koja pokazuje da \u201cniko ustvari ne mari za rad svakodnevno je suo\u010den sa brdom administrativnih problema, zbog kojih se kreativni rad \u010dini luksuzom. Osim svakodnevnog izvr\u0161avanja obaveza predvi\u0111enih ugovorima o radu, Krusha i drugi administrativni radnici_e Teatra ponekad stavljaju odje\u0107u u ma\u0161ine za ve\u0161, koje su jedva dobili, i to nakon \u0161to su nekoliko godina slali zahtjeve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Isto onako kako su \u010dekali ve\u0161 ma\u0161ine, \u010dekali su i \u010dekaju sve druge materijale potrebne za rad. Pojedine administrativne i izmjene zakona usvojene u proteklom razdoblju samo su ote\u017eale rad Teatra. Naime, po\u010dev\u0161i od 2017. godine, javnim pozori\u0161tima vi\u0161e nije dozvoljeno da posjeduju vlastite bankovne ra\u010dune, \u0161to je predvi\u0111eno <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/gzk.rks-gov.net\/ActDocumentDetail.aspx?ActID=2832\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u style=\"color: white;\">Zakonom o pozori\u0161tima<\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Umjesto toga, njihova sredstva moraju ostati u dr\u017eavnom trezoru. Zato teatarske ustanove podnose zahtjeve za pokrivanje tro\u0161kova nadle\u017enim op\u0107inama, koje tako\u0111er upravljaju njihovim finansijama. Dok se za plate te za odre\u0111enu koli\u010dinu robe, usluga i subvencija izdvajaju sredstva iz dr\u017eavnog bud\u017eeta, nekim stavkama upravlja i op\u0107ina. \u0160to se ti\u010de preostalih finansija, pozori\u0161ta zavise od bud\u017eeta pripadaju\u0107ih op\u0107ina. Pozori\u0161ta se za potrebe obnove moraju oslanjati na novac i iz op\u0107inskog i iz centralnog, dr\u017eavnog bud\u017eeta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ovaj vid centralizacije upravljanja bud\u017eetom ote\u017eava svakodnevni rad Teatra te je problem koji dijele sva kosovska pozori\u0161ta. Isti\u010du\u0107i kako se \u201cpredstava mo\u017ee nastaviti bez i\u010dega osim bez glumaca_ica\u201d, Morina obja\u0161njava kako se od njih o\u010dekuje da uvijek budu tu za predstavu, \u010dak i onda kada to podrazumijeva rad bez osnovnih alata koji su neophodni za taj rad.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stavljaju\u0107i na prvo mjesto odgovornost prema publici, Morina govori o slu\u010dajevima u kojima je bio primoran da pravi kompromise u okviru rada i stru\u010dne obuke improvizuju\u0107i na sceni. Jednom je umjesto sa hljebom u ruci morao nastupati sa spu\u017evom, a drugom prilikom sa stiroporom.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cPrije nastupa mi je jedan zaposlenik rekao da nisu kupili hljeb. Ostavio je komad spu\u017eve [umjesto hljeba] i rekao: \u2018Nije ba\u0161 toliko o\u010digledno \u2014 boja je ista\u2019\u201d, rekao je Morina. \u201cI tako sam u toku nastupa uzeo spu\u017evu, prepolovio je i po\u010deo da je bacam. Komad hljeba ima neku te\u017einu, pa se mo\u017ee bacati, ali onaj komad spu\u017eve mi je samo pao na noge.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spomenuo je i slu\u010daj kada su im za nastup bile potrebne sjemenke suncokreta.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Morina se prisje\u0107a situacije u kojoj se zatekao sa svojim kolegama_icama u Pozori\u0161tu uo\u010di jedne reprize. \u201c\u2018Gdje su sjemenke?\u2019, pitao sam. \u2018Nemamo ih\u2019, rekli su mi. Pitao sam za\u0161to. \u2018Zato \u0161to oni u Ministarstvu ka\u017eu da jedemo sjemenke.\u2019\u201d Budu\u0107i da nisu imali sjemenke, glumci_ice su u predstavi koristili ljuske koje su ostale od premijere, a koje je osoba zadu\u017eena za \u010di\u0161\u0107enje ispljuvane pomela sa poda.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U Teatru Dodona i TKK popravljena su sjedi\u0161ta kao i stepenice te eksterijeri. \u201cImamo dobre podne daske. Promijenili su i ofarbali tepih. Publika nema problema\u201d, rekao je Krusha u vezi sa stanjem stvari u dvorani koje je u raskoraku sa stanjem stvari u bekstejd\u017eu.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Morina tako\u0111er spominje posve\u0107enost fasadama pozori\u0161ta. \u201cLogika dr\u017eave je takva da razmi\u0161lja samo o fasadama\u201d, rekao je Morina. \u201cStepenice su u TKK renovirane \u010detiri puta, a jo\u0161 uvijek su ru\u017ene. Nikoga nije briga za podrum TKK. Pacovi su tamo normalna pojava. Kad padne ki\u0161a, voda naraste do visine od jednog i po metra. Si\u0111ete dolje i vidite da je sve puno vode \u2014 otpadna voda ostaje tu. Sve \u0161to je ispu\u0161teno ostaje na povr\u0161ini. Dolje je horor.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cPublika to ne vidi\u201d, rekao je Morina \u2014 kao \u0161to ne vidi ni koliko je te\u0161ko raditi u pozori\u0161tu, s obzirom na male plate, nedefinisane uloge i odsustvo kataloga poslova u pozori\u0161tu. Gotovo ni\u0161ta unutar zgrade Teatra ne li\u010di na veli\u010danstvenu figuru pokojne glumice po kojoj je ovo pozori\u0161te dobilo ime. U prostoriji za probe, okru\u017een impozantnim farbanim drvetom sme\u0111e boje \u0161to podsje\u0107a na vodu u kupatilima, nalazi se ured potpuno razli\u010dit od ostalih, poput oaze.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taj ured je su\u0161ta suprotnost naspram ostatka tro\u0161nog pozori\u0161ta i \u2014 ba\u0161 kao sve ono \u0161to odstupa od norme \u2014 budi znati\u017eelju. Za razliku od ostatka Teatra, ured ima krasne slike, svje\u017ee okre\u010dene zidove te kau\u010d i mali radni sto. Na osnovu mirisa mo\u017eete zaklju\u010diti da je sve novo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Radi se o uredu Besima Ugzmajlija, umjetni\u010dkog direktora Teatra. Ugzmajli od 2020. godine sam renovira ured, ne samo u pogledu dizajna \u2014 ve\u0107inu stvari koje ima tamo platio je iz vlastitog d\u017eepa. Djeluje da je njegov ured jedini prostor u kojem je Ugzmajli bio u mogu\u0107nosti da obavi posao u skladu sa svojom vizijom \u2014 tamo je sve ure\u0111eno i sre\u0111eno.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Naravno, izra\u0111eni su i planovi za renoviranje ostatka Teatra.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cPlan za renoviranje je izra\u0111en dva-tri puta, ali nikad nije realizovan. Vidite da se pojavljuje u bud\u017eetima Ministarstva kulture, ali onda se novac prebaci negdje drugdje. Niko ne zna \u0161ta se desi \u2014 obnova ne bude obavljena\u201d, rekao je Ugzmajli. Mo\u017eda je otkazan i plan za renoviranje garderobe. Prostorija za presvla\u010denje je improvizovana i tamo su se glumci_ice \u2014 neki stoje\u0107i, a neki sjede\u0107i na o\u0161te\u0107enim kau\u010dima \u2014 pripremali za predstavu \u201c\u0160vicarski marksisti i lenjinisti\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mnogo toga je obe\u0107avano i fotografisano povodom obnove uro\u0161eva\u010dkog pozori\u0161ta. Potpisav\u0161i memorandum o saradnji sa gradona\u010delnikom Uro\u0161evca, Agimom Aliuom, tada\u0161nji ministar kulture, Kujtim Gashi, 2019. godine je <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mkrs-ks.org\/?page=1,170,2128#.Ytk4yXZBxPY\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u style=\"color: white;\">spomenuo<\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> planirane investicije, koje su obuhvatale i Teatar. Gradona\u010delnik Aliu je 2020. godine <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/kallxo.com\/lajm\/aktoret-dhe-stafi-i-teatrit-adriana-ne-ferizaj-behen-me-kontrata-te-rregullta\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u style=\"color: white;\">izjavio<\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> da je Teatar jedno od kapitalnih ulaganja Op\u0107ine.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me\u0111utim, \u0161ef Ureda gradona\u010delnika Aliua, Albion Sherifi, u odgovoru na upit K2.0 naveo je da je prema njegovim saznanjima aktualna vlast uklonila ovaj projekt iz bud\u017eeta te da Ministarstvo kulture nije ponudilo nikakve informacije u vezi s tim. U Teatru Adriana hladno\u0107a koja dolazi iz podruma zbog nedostatka izolacije \u010desto dovodi do pomjeranja i otkazivanja proba. \u201cU Teatru Adriana se mo\u017eete zalediti\u201d, rekao je Ugzmajli te nam pokazao ne samo kako grijalica nije dovoljno jaka da zagrije tako velik prostor i da brzo gubi toplotu, ve\u0107 i kako je buka koja se stvara uklju\u010divanjem grijalice \u201cizlu\u0111uju\u0107a\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sli\u010dno Krushinom iskustvu u Dodoni, Ugzmajli navodi kako je postalo te\u0161ko odr\u017eavati pozori\u0161te zbog toga \u0161to rukovodstvo u pogledu finansija zavisi od Uprave za kulturu Uro\u0161evca. \u201cTeatrima su oduzeli prihode. Hodaju\u0107i kroz nove hodnike Pozori\u0161ta u Gnjilanu, Fehmi Hoti \u2014 scenograf koji radi u ustanovi ve\u0107 23 godine \u2014 s rado\u0161\u0107u nam pokazuje kako su sve to uspjeli. Sve vrijeme su pratili proces renoviranja, a kako bi se uvjerili da je posao odra\u0111en kako treba.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pozori\u0161ni tehni\u010dari_ke su obi\u010dno najbolje upoznati sa prostorom iza pozornice. Dok glumci_ice izlaze na scenu i dobijaju pohvale, barem od publike, tehni\u010dari_ke su gotovo nevidljivi. \u010cesto ni ne budu spomenuti na plakatima koji na stepeni\u0161tima pozori\u0161ta najavljuju predstoje\u0107e predstave.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oni rade na sceni, pu\u0161taju\u0107i muziku i pale\u0107i svjetla \u2014 bez kojih nema predstave \u2014 te prate\u0107i sve \u0161to se obavlja u pozori\u0161tu. Uvijek rade. \u201cKao tehni\u010dar i osoba odgovorna za jedan sektor, radim skoro svaki dan i \u017ertvujem praznike, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i one dr\u017eavne. Razlog je to \u0161to mi gradimo da bi se drugi mogli zabaviti te radimo prije, u toku i nakon nastupa\u201d, rekao je Yann Perregaux Dielf, tehni\u010dki direktor Teatra Oda.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poput Hotija iz Gnjilanskog pozori\u0161ta, Perregaux Dielf savjetuje kolege_ice u tom smislu da budu svjesni ograni\u010denja. Kada razgovaraju o teatru, ne mo\u017ee se razaznati da li govore o svom domu ili pak o svom radnom mjestu.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uprkos svemu tome, sve naporniji posao se ukrupnjuje zajedno sa izazovima s kojima su suo\u010deni pozori\u0161ni tehni\u010dari_ke. \u201cDjeluje kao da je na Kosovu sigurnost u pozori\u0161tu ve\u0107 neko vrijeme zaboravljena, \u0161to se mo\u017ee vidjeti iz nedostatka investicija u toj oblasti\u201d, rekao je Perregaux Dielf, istakav\u0161i da se teatar ne mo\u017ee odr\u017eavati isklju\u010divo iz vlastitih prihoda te da mu treba podr\u0161ka Ministarstva kulture.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S istim pote\u0161ko\u0107ama u radu susre\u0107u se i tehni\u010dari_ke Pozori\u0161ta u Gnjilanu. Ersen Zymberi \u2014 \u010diji je ugovor istekao nedugo prije nego \u0161to smo razgovarali s njim \u2014 navodi da je nedostatak radnog prostora namijenjenog za tehni\u010dare_ke jedan od prvih problema na koje je nai\u0161ao u teatru. \u201cTo scenski tehni\u010dari_ke stalno zahtijevaju, jer koriste prostor iza [tj. izvan] Pozori\u0161ta, gdje je postavljena grijalica\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zymberiju su dva mjesta za njega i njegove kolege_ice u Pozori\u0161tu veoma posebna..<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jedno od njih je radni prostor namijenjen za glumce_ice, gdje je izvje\u0161en papir u spomen na Raifa Haziri-Spiru \u2014 njihovog voljenog kolegu, organizatora i supervizora, koji je preminuo 2021. godine. O\u010duvan je jo\u0161 jedan prostor \u2014 ured glumca i reditelja Muharrema Sylejmanija, koji je preminuo iste godine. Gnjilansko pozori\u0161te je tokom godina mnogo toga pro\u0161lo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U toku 90-ih godina, nakon \u0161to ga je iz njegove dotada\u0161nje zgrade izbacio Milo\u0161evi\u0107ev re\u017eim, Pozori\u0161te se preselilo u Dom kulture u selu Prilepnice \u2014 tada se Zymberi, sin poznatog glumca Nasera Zymberija, \u201czarazio\u201d ljubavlju prema teatru i sceni. Da bi se odr\u017eala proba, neko od mje\u0161tana_ki sela je prvo morao da iza\u0111e i vidi da li ima inspektora_ica ili policije, o \u010demu bi obavijestio glumce zvi\u017edukom ili nekim drugim znakom.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pozori\u0161te je poslije rata vra\u0107eno njegovim umjetnicima_ama, ali te\u0161ki uslovi su se nastavili. Neki problemi su ipak rije\u0161eni 2021. godine. Za Pozori\u0161te je u dr\u017eavnom bud\u017eetu predvi\u0111ena specijalna bud\u017eetska linija, odabran je ansambl sa redovnim ugovorima te je realizovana obnova Pozori\u0161ta.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me\u0111utim, kao \u0161to je slu\u010daj i sa teatrima Dodona i Adriana, zaposlenici_e Pozori\u0161ta u Gnjilanu tako\u0111er se moraju pozabaviti birokratijom da bi bili u mogu\u0107nosti da nabave kostime i scenografski materijal. Nadalje, jedan dio Pozori\u0161ta je i dalje zapu\u0161ten \u2014 preciznije re\u010deno, o\u0161te\u0107en je u toku renoviranja koje je Ministarstvo kulture realizovalo 2016. godine. Materijal koji je kori\u0161ten u sklopu renoviranja te pomicanje stropa naru\u0161ili su akustiku Pozori\u0161ta, \u0161to se u pozori\u0161noj ustanovi ne mo\u017ee zanemariti. Adrian Morina, koji je tamo igrao, govori o svom do\u017eivljaju \u0161tete na\u010dinjene ovoj ustanovi usljed neadekvatnih renovacija. \u201cKad progovorite na sceni, niko vas ne \u010duje\u201d, rekao je Morina. \u201cSve se pretvorilo u no\u0107nu moru. Prethodni direktor je podnio ostavku prije sedam do osam godina, od kada je funkcija upra\u017enjena. Gnjilanski teatar nema ni slu\u017ebenika\/cu za komunikacije. Zymberi taj posao obavlja sam, \u0161to tako\u0111er \u010dine Krusha u Teatru Dodona i Ugzmajli u Teatru Adriana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0160to se ti\u010de pozicije umjetni\u010dkog direktora\/ice, Kushtrim Zegiri, direktor Uprave za kulturu, mlade i sport Op\u0107ine Gnjilane, rekao je da se nada da \u0107e problem biti rije\u0161en do kraja godine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zymberi je svojom uporno\u0161\u0107u ipak uspio da otkloni neke probleme u Pozori\u0161tu, idu\u0107i od jedne administrativne kancelarije do druge. Me\u0111utim, grijanje ostaje nerije\u0161en problem \u2014 u Pozori\u0161tu u Gnjilanu grije se na drvo, \u0161to na vi\u0161e na\u010dina zabrinjava Zymberija. On smatra da je teatar ustanova koja treba da promovi\u0161e za\u0161titu okoli\u0161a, a ne da doprinosi ekolo\u0161kom zaga\u0111enju.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zymberi je rekao da im ponekad nestane drveta za ogrjen te da onda moraju slati zahtjev za nabavku zaliha. U tom slu\u010daju prostorije za probe budu hladne dok se zahtjev ne odobri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kultplus.com\/teatri\/themelohet-asociacioni-i-teatrove-publike-te-qyteteve-te-kosoves\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u style=\"color: white;\">Godine 2018<\/u>.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Zymberi je proveo u djelo odlu\u010dnost u domenu pravilnog upravljanja Pozori\u0161tem, i to osnivanjem <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/people\/Asociacioni-i-Teatrove-Publike-t%C3%AB-Qyteteve-t%C3%AB-Kosov%C3%ABs\/100057558575489\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u style=\"color: white;\">Udru\u017eenja javnih pozori\u0161ta u gradovima Kosova<\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u010clanovi_ice su direktori_ce kosovskih javnih pozori\u0161ta.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iza kulisa je evidentno da podr\u0161ka institucija \u2014 mimo datih obe\u0107anja \u2014 mora biti realizovana tako da radna mjesta [osoba zaposlenih u pozori\u0161tima] vi\u0161e ne budu opasna. Za njih je i pomisao na neposjedovanje pozori\u0161ta kao mjesta gdje se izra\u017eava kritika te budi svijest institucija sama po sebi opasna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pozori\u0161ni radnici_e su jasno dali do znanja da ne namjeravaju da stanu sa kritikama ni na sceni ni iza nje. Pozori\u0161te stavljaju na prvo mjesto, ponekad i nau\u0161trb sebe, ali to ne zna\u010di da ne vide da su uslovi lo\u0161i. Kako i sami ka\u017eu, obrazovani su tako da osje\u0107aju odgovornost prema javnosti \u010dak i kada je njihov rad podcijenjen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No, kako snose tu odgovornost, tako se i brinu za svoju sigurnost. Taj strah nose sa sobom \u010dak i kada igraju komedije. Mimo glume, glumica Hajat <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To\u00e7illa iz glave ne mo\u017ee izbiti ono \u0161to vidi iznad scene \u2014 a to je ne\u0161to \u0161to publika ne vidi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sistem kotura\u010da visi iznad njih kao stalni podsjetnik na to da se stanje mora promijeniti, jer u krajnju ruku je posrijedi pitanje \u017eivota i smrti. \u201cOvo je opasno.
