trenutnog) posla mogla bi se \u010diniti misterioznom s obzirom na to da ne mogu otkriti ni svoje ime, ni svoje radno mjesto, ni bilo koje druge identifikacijske elemente. Bojim se da bi u protivnom neko s posla do\u0161ao do ove pri\u010de i dao mi otkaz. Ne posjedujem nikakve mjere za\u0161tite koje bi mi omogu\u0107ile da pi\u0161em u svoje ime, a da pritom sa\u010duvam posao. Me\u0111utim, upravo zato su va\u017ene ovakve pri\u010de vezane za radno mjesto.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U svojim ranim 20-im, otprilike prije godinu dana, prijavio\/la sam se na konkurs za posao u struci. Kao studenti\/ica, mimo kratke prakse nisam stekao\/la drugo radno iskustvo. Nakon uspje\u0161nog prvog kruga zapo\u0161ljavanja oti\u0161ao\/la sam na intervju, prvi u mom \u017eivotu. Ustanova koja mi je nudila posao bila je jedna od najpoznatijih u zemlji, pa sam mislio\/la da bi mi koristilo iskustvo u njoj.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nakon \u0161to sam primljen\/a, rekli su mi da moram obaviti pripravni\u010dki sta\u017e u trajanju od mjesec dana, zbog \u010dega \u0107e naknada biti ni\u017ea, te da bez tog prvog mjeseca ne\u0107u mo\u0107i dobiti ugovor o radu. Naravno, poslu\u0161ao\/la sam ih jer sam bio\/la nov\/a u ovom poslu.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mnoge du\u017enosti mi jo\u0161 uvijek nisu bile obja\u0161njene. Onda sam na kraju mjeseca pogrije\u0161io\/la pri izra\u010dunu radnih sati u svojoj evidenciji i tako ostao\/la bez zna\u010dajne koli\u010dine novca. Niko od mojih kolega_ica mi nije pomogao da rije\u0161im taj problem.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kada sam nakon pripravni\u0161tva zapo\u010deo\/la sa regularnim radom, ugovor sam u pet navrata morao\/la zatra\u017eiti slu\u017ebenim kanalima, a onda u jo\u0161 pet navrata \u201cu \u0161ali\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Svaki put kada bi rukovodstvo saznalo da sam napravio\/la propust i malo me izgrdilo, objasnio\/la bih im da se to ne bi dogodilo da su sve procedure zapisane u ugovoru o radu. U naredna tri mjeseca, jednom sedmi\u010dno sam tra\u017eio\/la od njih da me barem obavijeste kada \u0107u biti u mogu\u0107nosti da potpi\u0161em ugovor, obrazlo\u017eiv\u0161i da bi se pomo\u0107u navedenog dokumenta razjasnila moja uloga u instituciji, \u0161to bi mi ujedno dalo priliku da svoj posao obavljam na najvi\u0161em nivou. Ti zahtjevi su uvijek diplomatski ignorisani \u2014 rukovodstvo bi priznalo da imam pravo da zatra\u017eim ugovor, ali bi negiralo svoju du\u017enosti da mi ga ponudi.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Govorili bi mi da su zatrpani poslom, da ima vi\u0161e radnika_ca \u010diji ugovori moraju biti prilago\u0111eni te da zbog okolnosti koje su van njihove kontrole postoje brojne nepravilnosti. Primjera radi, u tom periodu smo se jo\u0161 uvijek borili sa pandemijom. Nakon tri mjeseca, odn. po\u010detkom \u010detvrtog mjeseca svog zaposlenja, poslao\/la sam posljednji mejl u kojem sam im rekao\/la da \u0107u, ako ne dobijem ugovor, o ovoj neregularnosti obavijestiti medije.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oni su pak jasno istakli da o pitanju ugovora i plate ne treba da se raspravlja me\u0111u kolegama_icama, a zbog povjerljivosti. \u201cO \u010demu da razgovaram sa kolegama_icama ako ve\u0107 ne\u0107u o (ne)pravilnostima na poslu?\u201d, pomislio\/la sam.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iznenadio\/la sam se kada sam primijetio\/la da nikoga nije briga za to \u0161to nema ugovora. Skoro su me i uvjerili da mi ugovor uop\u0107e ne treba. Ako morate podnijeti zahtjev za vizu, jedino tada \u0107ete kao zaposlenik\/ca dobiti ugovor koji obuhvata cijeli opis posla.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kolegica mi je rekla da je jednom pro\u010ditala ugovor jednog kolege koji je podnio zahtjev za vizu. Nije bilo nikakve veze izme\u0111u onoga \u0161to je bilo napisano u ugovoru i stvarnog posla tog radnika. Kolegica je rekla da su u njegovom \u201cpseudougovoru\u201d opisane procedure u vezi sa bolovanjem i nadoknadom posla u slu\u010daju vanrednih odsustava. Me\u0111utim, od kada sam se zaposlio\/la ovdje, gledam kako se takve situacije rje\u0161avaju isklju\u010divo putem improvizacije i saradnje izme\u0111u radnika_ca koji imaju izgra\u0111ene me\u0111usobne odnose.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kada sam prije nekoliko mjeseci kona\u010dno dobio\/la ugovor, ispostavilo se da je u to vrijeme bio u toku proces reakreditacije ustanove te da je rukovodstvo iste ustanove li\u010dno kontaktiralo sa cijelim osobljem i nalo\u017eilo da nam se daju ugovori, koje smo \u201chitno\u201d morali potpisati. Osje\u0107aj je bio dobar. Mislio\/la sam da pozitivno djelujem na ustanovu i da se zauzimam za osobe koje mogu izgubiti mnogo vi\u0161e od mene da progovore.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me\u0111utim, sastanak sa direktoricom me je razo\u010darao. \u201cProvjeri ima li gre\u0161aka\u201d, rekla mi je, \u201cpa ako bude potrebe za ispravkama, pobrinut \u0107emo se za to.\u201d Nabrzinu sam bacio\/la oko na ugovor, broje\u0107i. Jedna, dvije, tri gre\u0161ke, sedam\u2026 Nakon jedanaeste sam odustao\/la. Pored toga \u0161to uop\u0107e nije imao funkciju opisa posla, papir \u0161to je le\u017eao ispred mene sadr\u017eao je o\u010digledne pravopisne gre\u0161ke. Zaklju\u010dio\/la sam da je svrha tog papira bila jedino da dokumentuje slabo funkcionisanje ustanove te u krajnjoj liniji i dru\u0161tva koje pristaje na rad u ovakvim okolnostima, a da pritom ni ne poku\u0161ava da se \u017eali.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I dalje radim na istom tom radnom mjestu i imam ugovor koji ne posjeduje osnovne elemente ugovora. Najgore je to \u0161to niko o tome ne govori, pa \u010dak ni moje kolege_ice.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ne vjerujem da se problemi sa ugovorima mogu rije\u0161iti isklju\u010divo prepri\u010davanjem iskustava, kao \u0161to ja to upravo \u010dinim \u2014 ne ako jedan dio dru\u0161tva prihvata uslove koji ne pogoduju nikome osim poslodavcu\/kinji. Ipak, nadam se da \u0107emo dijele\u0107i ove pri\u010de navesti dru\u0161tvo da shvati da smo mi ti koji odr\u017eavaju na \u017eivotu postoje\u0107i mehanizam pun nepravilnosti.
